JNF Keynote Speaker

Ashwani Jain

Ashwani Jain is a first generation American, the son of small business owners, a former appointee with the Obama-Biden Administration, a 15-year cancer survivor and an At-Large candidate for the Montgomery County (Maryland) Council.

Daytime Events

Continuing the Conversation

We’re excited to offer JNF attendees the opportunity to meet our incredible Convention speakers at Continuing the Conversation! Grab a mocktail and some snacks as you ask more questions about a really interesting session topic, a speaker’s professional career, or a fellow attendee’s path to their current job. If you are looking for some wisdom from your Jain peers, stop by this event to take a break from the hustle and bustle of Convention weekend and make some new connections.

Calling All Superheroes

Mahatma Gandhi once said, "The best way to find yourself is in the service of others." The aim of this session is to provide JNF Superheros with a unique opportunity to give back to the community! We will be decorating t-shirts and creating comic books to brighten the day of young patients in local community children's hospitals. Come prepared to tap into your creative side for a good cause!

Not Your Typical Icebreakers

Did you know that the person sitting next to you on the bus from the airport is a competitive skydiver? That the person ahead of you in the registration line has been to every continent? That the person who held the elevator door open runs two startups? Start off your Convention experience with icebreakers that replace boring questions with interactive games to help you get to know what your fellow attendees are really into (without repeating the same “fun fact” over and over again).

JNetworkingF

This year JNF is hosting a unique combination of speed networking that will allow you to form meaningful connections! Whether you're looking for a life partner or want to expand your professional network, we have you covered! Everyone can choose one of the 4 options: 1) Speed Dating (Serious), 2) Speed Dating (Casual), 3) Make New Friends, 4) LinkedIn Premium (Professional Networking)!

Daytime Sessions

This year’s sessions will be centered around 5 main themes - Jain Education, Lifestyle, Career & Networking, Diversity & Inclusion, and Current Events & Social Issues.
