Registration fees begin at $509 for all attendees.
Your registration fee includes accommodations, meals, and access to all activities throughout the 4-day event.
Each attendee will also receive a souvenir bag with Convention apparel, a digital souvenir book, and other keepsakes.

Registration is managed by gender-specific caps to align with our venue's rooming constraints.
Once a gender-specific cap is reached, additional registrants are added to a waitlist. We encourage you to register early to secure your spot.
To accommodate more attendees and to provide a more affordable option, we offer a queen-sized pullout couch sleeping accommodation for College and 22+ attendees while spaces last. There are a limited number of these available.
You will not be able to select a preferred roommate if you choose this option. King rooms with a pullout sofa are limited to a maximum of 3 attendees per room.
Complimentary transportation will be available to and from Newark Liberty International Airport and the convention hotel during designated arrival and departure windows.

The actual all-in cost per person is $599. YJA fundraises year-round to subsidize attendance for as many people as possible.
If you have the means, please consider choosing the Unsubsidized option at payment. It directly helps keep Convention affordable for everyone.
We acknowledge that attending the Convention is a costly endeavor, and we want to ensure that all members have the opportunity to attend our events regardless of socioeconomic background or current circumstances.
If, for any reason, you are hesitant to register for Convention due to financial constraints, please consider requesting Financial Assistance through the registration portal. Every year, we are proud to support youth from all backgrounds in accessing the Convention experience.
Financial Assistance requests will be kept fully confidential and anonymous and only the 4 Convention Co-Chairs will have access to them. Financial assistance will be awarded on a first-come-first-serve basis, at the discretion of the Co-Chairs, until the allocation of assistance funds is exhausted.
YJA reserves the right to change or cancel Convention plans, including programs, activities, and sessions, for any reason, including participant safety or unforeseeable circumstances.
YJA will do its best to refund attendees in these situations, but refunds are not guaranteed.
YJA is not responsible for any associated charges resulting from these changes or cancellations, including travel or accommodation costs.
