Location: Ashton, MD Region: Mid-Atlantic Deesha's YJA Story: Being part of a Jain community has always been an important part of my life from the educational aspects to the social ones. So getting involved with YJA was one of the best decisions I could have made in order to keep a tight knit Jain community part of my life. I want to give back to the organization that means so much to me! Having previously served as the Director of Project Development, the Director of Education, and a Daytime Programming Co-Lead, I am excited to return to the Executive Board and Convention Committee as Co-Chair this year to help YJA grow, spread Jainism and the #yjalove, and host the best convention yet!
